I think I used the first photo as the top one and.... I just used there happiest faces and cloned out ghosts of extra body parts or whatever. Yep...

I deleted a paper in the background and fixed some specs on Anna's pants. then I just picked everyone's happiest faces. yes...

Erm, I also played with the colors and stuff. yep. :'D
And I deleted everyone from the top row because they weren't cool enough, i guess....
